The essentials for moving through a record with confidence.
For farmers
- Ask an Agri Technician to register or update your record
- Receive and keep your Access Code and QR card
- Present the card when staff need to find your record
- Ask the Agri Technician or MAO if the card must be re-issued
For Field Staff
- Log in with your assigned field staff account
- Open the assigned distribution event
- Operate only the station assigned to your account
- Record the station step and pass the farmer to the next station
For public verification
- Scan the QR code on a batch tag or farm card
- Or open the verification page and enter the reference
- Review the limited trace, then check it against the blockchain if you want to confirm it has not been changed
Distribution events
Five stations.One staff member each.
Every farmer passes through the same stations in order. Each station is run by the Field Staff member assigned to it, and records who did the step and when.
- Station 1
Check-in
The farmer shows the Access Code card. Only farmers on the event's eligible list are admitted.
- Station 2
CSM form
The client satisfaction form is printed and issued. Feedback stays on paper and may be declined.
- Station 3
Beneficiary list
The farmer signs the physical list, and the support item and quantity are recorded.
- Station 4
MA approval
The Municipal Agriculturist's approval is recorded.
- Station 5
Release & receipt
The support is physically released and a receipt reference is issued.

AgriChain is a prototype. Farmers and staff should use the official support channel provided by the Municipal Agriculture Office of Sto. Domingo once that channel has been confirmed for deployment.
